Well, you know they sent James Watson to limbo for telling the truth and now the very epotime of wishful thinking in sociology and politics and biology has been proclaimed. I'm sure the knaves pushing this along are the kind of soft science,careerist hacks that actual engineers loath. Common sense aside, even a cursory look at extant examples of similar schemes would hightlight the dangerous nature this line of action. South Africa has done trailblazing work in this area and the results have been poor, what a surprise. Oh well, when your channeling Lysenko sacrifices need to be made.
