Out of control judges have been a problem, because they undermine the will of the people and often act as the vanguard of unpopular social changes. This has happened on a wide range of issues including forced integration, abortion, gay rights, and the like. And this brazen and revolutionary judicial activism has been used to justify nominating the most anodyne, unconservative, and otherwise unremarkable Republicans to be President, because of the importance of the Supreme Court.
But immigration control is, in fact, substantially more important.
Because, if the people are undone, remade, and rendered more liberal and servile with massive Third World immigration, judges won’t need to push the people in the leftist direction; democracy itself as practiced by the “newly elected people” will get the job done without the need for a judicial nudge. And, in addition to political corrosion, our every day life will be changed and harmed through a million incivilities guaranteed by diversity.
Immigration reform is a matter of national survival.
